About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about what it’s like to see a project grow from blueprint to reality under your watchful eye? We’re looking for a Site Supervisor who doesn’t just manage construction — you set the pace, keep things running smoothly, and know what it takes to make a build feel seamless (even on the trickier days). If you’re ready to jump into an impactful role right away, and thrive when leading a team with efficiency, this could be the right fit for you.
About the Company
Our company may not be the biggest name on the block, but we pride ourselves on an open, collaborative culture — the sort where everyone knows who’s making coffee and who’s cracking jokes at the morning huddle. With projects actively underway at Madinat Zayed, Al Tarif, and Al Mirfa, we’re steadily growing but never at the cost of quality or teamwork. Most of our best ideas have started as casual lunchtime conversations, and “done right the first time” is more than a motto around here — it’s how we do business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring everything stays on schedule and on spec
- Managing and guiding the onsite workforce, creating an environment where teams work with, not just for, you
- Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to keep communication lines clear
- Monitoring safety protocols and quality standards (your sharp eye for detail will make a meaningful difference)
- Reporting project progress and addressing snags as soon as they crop up
- Jumping in to anticipate roadblocks, sort out site logistics, and keep everyone moving forward
- Maintaining site documentation, making sure records are accurate and up-to-date
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (your practical know-how will shine here)
- A valid UAE Driving License — absolutely essential for site access and local travel
- Prior experience in site supervision, particularly managing diverse construction teams
- Willingness and ability to join immediately
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in the Abu Dhabi region, ideally at locations like Madinat Zayed or Al Tarif
- A knack for quick troubleshooting and staying cool when timelines get tight
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Company-provided accommodation at Al Mirfa — comfort and convenience handled
- Close-knit team environment: people look out for each other here
- Opportunities to lead and grow — your opinions will be heard
- Occupational support from day one, so you’re never stranded to “figure it out” alone
- Steady stream of challenging, rewarding projects in the Abu Dhabi region
At the end of the day, if you like seeing tangible results from your hard work, enjoy managing people with respect, and want to belong to a team that feels more like a crew, we think you’ll feel right at home here.
