About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking to take your first step into the booming construction industry in Dubai? Here’s an opportunity that might just fit the bill. We’re searching for a Site Supervisor to join a dedicated construction team right in the heart of Business Bay. If you’re the type who likes seeing projects come to life—from blueprint to built reality—even if you don’t have previous experience, this role could open some real doors for you.

About the Company

Based in the vibrant Business Bay district, this construction company is more than just scaffolding and concrete. The team prides itself on creating spaces that actually shape the city skyline—and they do it with a diverse group of people at all levels, many of whom started out exactly where you are. The company is grounded in clear communication, daily teamwork (yes, the morning safety check is a ritual), and an environment where career growth is as real as the projects rising outside the window.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing daily activities at the construction site to help keep operations organized and running smoothly
  • Coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers—sometimes it’s about double-checking deliveries, sometimes making sure everyone’s on the same page
  • Reporting issues or progress to senior site personnel, letting them know if something on the ground needs a closer look
  • Keeping an eye on safety procedures to make sure everyone heads home just as they arrived
  • Assisting in managing materials and tools, ensuring everything’s accounted for and in good order
  • Pitching in wherever needed—on a construction site, a team player never goes unnoticed

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Currently residing in the UAE
  • Willingness to work hands-on and learn as you go
  • A positive attitude and readiness to follow instructions on site
  • Authentic interest in construction and the work it takes to bring buildings to life

Nice-to-Haves

  • Physical stamina for a busy day on your feet
  • A knack for noticing when something looks “off” or out of place
  • Early riser (morning site work is a given in this industry)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)

  • Monthly salary between AED4000 and AED5000
  • Two-year residency permit sponsored
  • Renewable employment contract for long-term stability
  • Real opportunities to learn from experienced site professionals
  • Be part of a tight-knit team where everyone’s contribution matters
  • Work in Dubai’s bustling Business Bay—a vibrant, growing part of the city
  • Start or grow your career in a field with endless potential

It’s a straightforward, supportive environment where effort and reliability are genuinely noticed. If you want to roll up your sleeves, meet new people, and see your work take shape, this could be your spot.
