About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you ready to take your skills to a place where every day brings new challenges — and new rewards? Whether you’re a pro at keeping the chill in the air or ensuring pipes run smooth, we’re looking for experienced hands (and sharp minds!) to join our growing team in Al Saadiyat, Abu Dhabi. This is your chance to step into a role where your expertise truly matters: we’re hiring for Site Supervisor, Plumber, and AC Technician positions at a well-established maintenance company serving some of the area’s most dynamic properties.

About the Company

If you’re picturing a place where “maintenance” means just fixing leaks, think again. We’re a trusted Abu Dhabi maintenance provider with a reputation for professionalism and a touch of camaraderie — our morning toolbox talks are surprisingly lively! We believe that a well-cared-for building is all about teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to service. Our multilingual crew brings a sense of purpose (and the occasional friendly rivalry when it comes to the neatest job site) to every project. We’re proud of our diverse team, supportive atmosphere, and yes, the after-work soccer matches are fiercely competitive.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Site Supervisor:

  • Oversee daily operations and guide a team of technicians and workers, ensuring work is completed safely and up to company standards.
  • Coordinate work schedules, materials, and site logistics — so projects run like clockwork.
  • Act as the go-to point between our company and property management, communicating updates and addressing any site concerns.
  • Inspect completed work, troubleshoot challenges, and drive continuous improvement on the job.

As a Plumber:

  • Carry out plumbing installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance for various residential and commercial sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve pipe leaks, blockages, and water system issues — sometimes with just a keen ear and a trusty wrench!
  • Read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings as needed.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to help us serve our clients better.

As an AC Technician:

  • Handle AC installation, maintenance, and repair (yes, even on those sweltering Abu Dhabi days).
  • Troubleshoot and fix HVAC systems, replace faulty components, and optimize for energy efficiency.
  • Conduct routine inspections and catch potential issues before they become real headaches.
  • Maintain detailed service records and help clients make sense of their AC needs.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous work experience in the UAE in a similar role (supervision, plumbing, or AC tech).
  • Practical knowledge of tools, safety procedures, and local building codes.
  • Good spoken English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • UAE residency status, or eligibility to obtain a working visa.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with sites in the Al Saadiyat area.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.
  • A problem-solving attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary — plus regular opportunities to prove your worth.
  • All-in benefits: working visa, comprehensive medical insurance, transport, and shared accommodation.
  • Dynamic worksites in the heart of Abu Dhabi, with all the resources you need to do your job well.
  • Supportive team culture — you’ll never be just a number or left on your own.
  • Opportunities to learn and grow, both on and off the job.
  • Team activities and a strong sense of camaraderie.

We believe that excellent work deserves a great environment — and that’s exactly what we’re building here, one site (and one outstanding teammate) at a time.

  • Describe how you would respond if a teammate wasn’t following safety protocols on-site.
  • Can you share an example of when you helped a colleague or client understand a technical recommendation or repair?
  • How do you stay organized and keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and ongoing issues on multiple job sites?
  • Tell us about a time you contributed to a strong team culture — what did you do to support your coworkers or create a positive work environment?
  • The work can be demanding, especially during peak seasons. How do you stay focused and keep your problem-solving attitude in challenging conditions?
  • Our team comes from diverse backgrounds and speaks several languages. How do you ensure good communication and collaboration with colleagues from different cultures?
