What You’ll Be Doing
Mason (Plaster/Block/Tiles):
- Skillfully applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for a smooth, lasting finish.
- Laying concrete blocks, bricks, or stones with expert alignment—your eye for detail will really shine!
- Installing and repairing floor and wall tiles with precision and care.
- Mixing materials to the right consistency and quality for every job.
- Adapting your techniques for different projects—no boring, repetitive work here.
Finishing Carpenter (Furniture/Doors/Decor):
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling finishing materials for everything from custom furniture to decorative panels.
- Installing and repairing wooden doors, decorative trims, and other interior woodwork with finesse.
- Reading plans or sketches and translating them into reality—problem-solving on the fly.
- Maintaining a tidy, safe work area (and maybe sharing a joke or two with your crew).
What You’ll Bring
