What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies tailored to our consulting services and audiences in both Arabic and English
  • Design high-quality graphics, professional layouts, and attention-grabbing motion content for various platforms (from Instagram reels to LinkedIn posts)
  • Film, edit, and produce short videos highlighting our projects, team culture, and client successes
  • Monitor engagement metrics and community feedback, using insights to inform future content and improve reach
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and client managers to ensure digital messaging is on-brand and timely
  • Stay updated on industry trends, identifying opportunities to incorporate fresh ideas and approaches
  • Participate actively in weekly team meetings, occasionally leading creative sharing sessions
  • Respond to audience inquiries and nurture our growing online communities

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in digital content creation, social media management, and design
  • Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva — your toolkit is your own!)
  • Experience filming and editing short-form videos (mobile or pro equipment welcome)
  • Strategic thinker with attention to brand tone, audience, and engagement
  • Comfortable working on-site in Ajman, Monday to Friday

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of paid advertising and analytics tools
