About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it takes to keep operations running like clockwork in one of Dubai’s bustling industrial hubs? As our next Store Supervisor in Al Qusais Industrial Area 5, you’ll be the linchpin of a team that thrives on keeping things organized, efficient, and, most importantly, moving forward. If you get a kick out of building order from chaos and find satisfaction in creating a store environment where both staff and customers feel at home, this could be the step up you’ve been waiting for.
About the Company
We’re a well-established name in Dubai’s industrial scene — a close-knit, multi-cultural crew that believes in rolling up our sleeves and supporting one another. Whether someone’s got a quick idea about optimizing the stockroom or a suggestion for our favorite after-work shawarma spot, every voice is heard here. We’ve grown steadily by investing in our people and by treating every day as an opportunity to make things just a little bit better than yesterday. Here, team spirit matters as much as results — and yes, our monthly birthday lunches are the stuff of legend.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily store operations, from opening checklists to end-of-day wrap-ups — you’ll ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Supervising and guiding a team of store staff, offering training, support, and the occasional pep talk during busy spells.
- Managing stock: tracking inventory levels, implementing effective stock rotation, and coordinating with suppliers to keep the shelves well-stocked but never over-crowded.
- Ensuring merchandise is displayed neatly, price tags are correct, and promotional materials are up to date — attention to detail is your north star.
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues with a professional, solutions-first attitude.
- Keeping a watchful eye on store safety, cleanliness, and compliance, because standards matter here.
- Collaborating closely with management to share feedback, suggest improvements, and help the store evolve with changing needs.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team lead role within retail, logistics, or warehousing (industrial setting preferred).
- Strong organizational skills — you can juggle tasks without dropping the ball.
- Solid communication abilities in English (bonus points for additional languages).
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset — you’re the type who steps in and gets things sorted.
- Comfort using stock management systems or basic IT tools (inventory software, spreadsheets, etc.).
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in the UAE, ideally in Al Qusais or similar surroundings.
- Familiarity with health and safety protocols relevant to industrial/retail environments.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- A supportive, friendly team that genuinely wants you to succeed.
- Competitive, timely salary with room for growth as you prove yourself.
- Standard working hours, plus a predictable schedule — your time matters.
- Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, stable industry at the heart of Dubai’s industrial life.
- Training opportunities and the chance to shape processes that impact the store and team.
