What You’ll Be Doing

  • Overseeing store stock — tracking, receiving, and ensuring everything is accounted for, right down to the last item
  • Supervising and guiding store staff, setting shifts, and helping resolve any on-the-floor challenges
  • Planning and executing in-store promotional campaigns (yes, your creativity is welcome!)
  • Keeping the store organized and tidy, aligning presentation with brand standards
  • Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory flow and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitoring stock levels daily, flagging low items, and updating the team regularly
  • Preparing basic reports on stock movement and campaign effectiveness
  • Sharing suggestions on how to improve efficiency, reduce waste, or create a better shopping experience
