What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing store stock — tracking, receiving, and ensuring everything is accounted for, right down to the last item
- Supervising and guiding store staff, setting shifts, and helping resolve any on-the-floor challenges
- Planning and executing in-store promotional campaigns (yes, your creativity is welcome!)
- Keeping the store organized and tidy, aligning presentation with brand standards
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory flow and resolve discrepancies
- Monitoring stock levels daily, flagging low items, and updating the team regularly
- Preparing basic reports on stock movement and campaign effectiveness
- Sharing suggestions on how to improve efficiency, reduce waste, or create a better shopping experience
What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a storekeeper or similar retail role
- Strong organizational skills — you’re known for your attention to detail
- Basic leadership skills and a collaborative, approachable style
- Comfortable managing inventory systems (manual or computerized)
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
- Able to communicate clearly (English required; other languages a plus)
