About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you the kind of person who finds satisfaction in running a smooth, organized warehouse—and takes pride in knowing exactly where every last carton and crate belongs? Our team is searching for an experienced Warehouse Keeper to join our bustling restaurant group in Al Garhoud, Dubai. If you know the ins and outs of food and beverage operations in the UAE—and bring a knack for technology to your work—you might be the steady hand we need behind the scenes. This isn’t your average warehouse gig; it’s a fast-paced role that truly impacts what ends up on our customers’ plates every day.

We’re a rapidly growing hospitality group with deep roots in Dubai’s restaurant scene—serving loyal regulars and curious newcomers alike. Our team is a mix of passionate foodies, operational pros, and true collaborators. “Team lunch” here could mean anything from shawarma to sushi, and on busy days we’re known for rolling up our sleeves together, no matter your title. We’re committed to running an honest, professional business that respects both tradition and innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the daily movement of goods in and out of our central warehouse, making sure every delivery matches our high standards

- Monitoring food safety, expiration dates, storage conditions, and hygiene, in line with Dubai Municipality rules and UAE food handling laws
- Working closely with restaurant managers and purchasing to make sure the right items get to the right locations—on time, every time
- Supervising warehouse assistants, sharing your knowledge on handling, stacking, and procedures
- Liaising with government inspectors or auditors during site visits; always keeping compliance front and center
- Making sure our systems stay as organized as our shelves (troubleshooting tech issues doesn’t scare you)
- Communicating in Arabic and English with suppliers, drivers, and team members alike
What You’ll Bring
- At least 5 years’ experience in a warehouse or similar role within the UAE food & beverage sector
- Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English
- Valid NOC visa

- Deep understanding of UAE food storage law and Dubai Municipality food safety requirements
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of organization and responsibility
- Ability to work flexible hours, especially during high-volume periods
Not sure you tick every single box? We’d still love to hear from you.
