Our brand-new supermarket in the heart of BurJuman, Dubai, is set to open soon, and we’re searching for enthusiastic Sales Associates (male and female) and Customer Service Representatives to help us create something genuinely welcoming. About the Company

We’re not another big-box chain — in fact, think of us as your soon-to-be neighborhood market, focused on fresh products, smart shopping, and real human connections. Opening our first location in BurJuman, our team is a friendly mix: some of us know every produce code by heart, others obsess over crafting the perfect shopping experience. We believe that a supermarket can be more than just aisles and cash registers — it can be a place where people look forward to shopping and staff feel welcome and valued. What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Associate

  • Greet customers with a smile, answer questions about products, and make helpful suggestions.
  • Keep shelves fully stocked, tidy, and well-presented — from first shift to last.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently (no panic if the line grows — you know how to keep things moving!).
  • Support the restocking team in managing inventory and updating product displays.
  • Step in to help wherever the store needs you most — flexibility is part of the fun.

Customer Service Representative

  • Listen carefully to customer feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and patience.
  • Manage returns and exchanges, ensuring every customer leaves with a positive experience.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of store policies, promotions, and the latest items on the shelves.
  • Liaise with management and other departments to resolve trickier customer concerns.
  • Help train new team members as our supermarket grows.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service (ideally in supermarkets, but we don’t mind if your skills transferred from elsewhere).
  • A positive attitude, patience, and strong communication skills — you genuinely enjoy helping people.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • For Sales Associates: fluency in English and/or Arabic.
  • For Customer Service roles: problem-solving mindset and calm under pressure.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience using POS and inventory management systems.
  • Multi-lingual skills (additional languages are always appreciated by our diverse customer base).
  • A knack for remembering regular customers and making them feel at home.
