What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead by example—set the tone for the team, ensuring everyone feels seen, supported, and motivated.
- Coordinate daily operations, making sure tasks are clearly delegated and deadlines are consistently met.
- Offer hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help team members grow their skills and confidence.
- Monitor workflow and productivity, identifying roadblocks and finding creative ways to overcome them.
- Act as the key communication link between staff and management, relaying updates, feedback, and new initiatives.
- Handle conflict with a calm, solution-focused approach, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
- Keep accurate records related to attendance, performance, and operational targets.
What You’ll Bring

- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
