About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about building the skyline of one of the world’s most dynamic cities? We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our construction teams in the heart of Business Bay, Dubai. Whether you’re experienced in site supervision or just starting out as a laborer, this is your chance to be part of projects that truly shape the city. With multiple roles available and a need for immediate starters, you could be on-site and making an impact sooner than you think.

About the Company

We’re a fast-growing construction recruitment specialist with deep roots across Dubai’s ever-changing landscape. Our teams are a mix of seasoned professionals and fresh faces, all united by a hands-on, can-do attitude. Here, hard work is recognized, and camaraderie isn’t just a buzzword — you’ll often find teams sharing stories over lunch breaks or looking out for one another during those busy site days. We pride ourselves on matching reliable people with projects that matter, and we’re known for looking after our staff through every step of their journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your experience and role, you’ll be:

  • Supporting daily site operations as a laborer — from material handling to basic site prep.
  • Coordinating and guiding teams as a site supervisor, ensuring safety and workflow stay on track.
  • Taking charge of specific work areas as a foreman, solving problems and motivating your crew.
  • Managing inventory, tools, and deliveries as a storekeeper — keeping things organized and accessible.
  • Handling paperwork, site records, and essential documents as a document controller, making sure information flows smoothly.
  • Assisting wherever needed as general site staff — adaptability is key as every day brings new challenges.

What You’ll Bring

  • A basic understanding of English (enough to follow instructions and communicate with the team).
  • A positive, hard-working attitude — reliability matters more than a fancy resume.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and take on physically demanding tasks.
  • Previous experience in construction, site operations, or a related field is a plus — but not a must for all roles.
  • For supervisors, foremen, and document controllers: proven experience in similar positions will help you hit the ground running.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary packages: AED 3,000–6,000, based on your role and experience.
  • Visa sponsorship and all necessary documentation taken care of.
  • Accommodation provided, so you don’t have to worry about finding a place to stay.
  • Daily meals — no need to pack a lunch!
  • SIM card and paid leave, so you can stay connected and recharge when needed.
  • Be part of a supportive, multicultural team that values everyone’s contribution.
  • Immediate joining means you can start earning and building your career right away.

We know construction can be demanding, but we make sure our people are looked after — on and off the site. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and get started, we’d love to welcome you to the team.
