What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning, managing, and continually optimizing end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations across procurement, warehousing, transportation, and distribution
- Leading proactive procurement processes — from vendor selection to negotiations and contract management
- Overseeing inventory control with a sharp eye for minimizing costs while maintaining availability
- Coordinating daily warehouse activities and implementing best practices to boost efficiency
- Analysing supply chain data and trends, using your insights to recommend and execute improvements
- Building solid relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and key internal teams
- Ensuring all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements (no detail is too small)
- Troubleshooting bottlenecks and resolving logistical hiccups as they arise
- Coaching, mentoring, and energizing a diverse team to achieve shared goals
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Several years’ experience managing supply chain and logistics operations, ideally in the UAE or GCC region
- Proven ability with procurement, inventory control, warehouse, and transportation management
- Hands-on knowledge of supply chain software (ERP, TMS, or WMS systems)
- Strong analytical skills — you’re as comfortable with spreadsheets as you are on the warehouse floor
- Confidence communicating and partnering with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills (juggling priorities is second nature to you)
- A knack for problem-solving, even when under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with import/export regulations in the UAE
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Prior success leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment
