What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting classroom teachers with daily lessons, hands-on activities, and student engagement
- Supporting individual and small groups of students during learning activities to ensure every child keeps up
- Preparing teaching materials, visual aids, and resources to make lessons pop
- Taking the lead on administrative and clerical tasks — think organizing student work, updating records, and printing handouts
- Supervising children during transition times, breaks, and field trips, with a watchful eye and friendly smile
- Communicating with teachers and school leaders to flag any student needs or classroom challenges
- Maintaining a tidy, organized, and welcoming classroom environment for everyone
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately, or within 1 month
- Strong spoken and written English
- Previous experience working with children (in a school, tutoring, or childcare setting)
- Friendly, patient, and reliable — you know how to handle both giggles and the occasional classroom chaos
- Basic computer skills (emails, spreadsheets, printing)
- Willingness to manage routine admin and paperwork in a timely, organized way
Nice-to-Haves:
- A relevant teaching assistant qualification or childcare certification
- Experience in an international or UAE-based school
- Additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, Tagalog, etc.) always appreciated
