What You’ll Be Doing
- Teachers: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that cater to a diverse student community
- Teaching Assistants: Support lead teachers, help manage classroom routines, and give students that extra boost of attention
- Subject Specialists: Share your expertise in core curriculum areas, develop creative learning resources, and mentor students in your field
- School Counselors: Offer one-on-one and group support, collaborate with staff to create a caring school climate, and contribute to wellbeing programs
- Communicate regularly with parents and contribute to school events—sometimes that means cheering at the school sports day or leading an arts showcase
- Uphold school values and contribute to making the campus a safe, welcoming place for everyone
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Relevant teaching qualifications and certifications for your discipline
- Minimum one year of experience in a school context, ideally within the UAE or GCC region
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from abroad cannot be considered)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Comfort working in a multicultural, multilingual school environment
