What You’ll Be Doing

  • Teachers: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that cater to a diverse student community
  • Teaching Assistants: Support lead teachers, help manage classroom routines, and give students that extra boost of attention
  • Subject Specialists: Share your expertise in core curriculum areas, develop creative learning resources, and mentor students in your field
  • School Counselors: Offer one-on-one and group support, collaborate with staff to create a caring school climate, and contribute to wellbeing programs
  • Communicate regularly with parents and contribute to school events—sometimes that means cheering at the school sports day or leading an arts showcase
  • Uphold school values and contribute to making the campus a safe, welcoming place for everyone

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Relevant teaching qualifications and certifications for your discipline
  • Minimum one year of experience in a school context, ideally within the UAE or GCC region
  • Currently residing in the UAE (applications from abroad cannot be considered)
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Comfort working in a multicultural, multilingual school environment

Nice-to-Haves
