Right now, our project pipeline in Barsha is busier than ever, and we’re looking to expand our core group of Electricians, Carpenters, Plumbers, Welders/Fabricators, and Masons with genuine experience in the field.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out specialized tasks as an Electrician, Carpenter, Plumber, Welder/Fabricator, or Mason — matched to your skill set and previous experience
- Following technical plans, blueprints, or instructions to ensure correct installation and repair of systems or structures
- Diagnosing issues quickly and suggesting practical, on-the-spot solutions
- Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and solve challenges together
- Maintaining safe and tidy worksites — safety is a shared responsibility for us all
- Reporting progress or issues to site supervisors in a clear, respectful way
- Proactively using your experience to spot improvements or avoid common mistakes
What You’ll Bring
- Proven, hands-on experience in at least one of the following: electrical, carpentry, plumbing, welding/fabrication, or masonry (we’ll ask about your previous projects!)
- Strong knowledge of tools, safe working practices, and quality standards relevant to your trade
- The ability to read simple plans or technical drawings (bonus if you can troubleshoot or adapt)
- Willingness to work flexible hours and take on overtime when the job requires it
- Team spirit and a respectful attitude toward coworkers and supervisors
- Eligibility to work inside the UAE (must already be located here)
