We're urgently hiring for a TIG Welder to join a close-knit team in Al Bahya, Ajman. If you’re ready to bring your skills to the table and want to get started right away, keep reading.
About the Company
What sets our workplace apart? For starters, we’re not just another fabrication shop. We pride ourselves on the small things: a friendly, hands-on team, lively lunch breaks (you have to try our homemade chai), and a "quality first" mentality that drives every project. Our company may be growing, but old-school craftsmanship is still at the heart of everything we do. Fridays tend to bring a mix of laughter, shared snacks, and maybe some friendly competition on who can make the cleanest weld.
What You’ll Be Doing
- TIG welding on a daily basis, with a focus on stainless steel pieces for a variety of clients
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings (don’t worry, our team is happy to double-check tricky ones with you)
- Working alongside seasoned fabricators to ensure precise, top-quality finishing
- Following all safety protocols — we take care of our people, and expect you to do the same
- Helping out where needed (sometimes it’s a group effort to meet tight deadlines)
- Contributing to a clean, organized, and positive workshop environment
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience with TIG welding, ideally with both stainless steel and other metals

- Ability to communicate in Hindi or another Indian language
- Ready and able to join immediately (we’d love to have you start as soon as possible)
- Team spirit — we value folks who help their colleagues and take pride in shared wins
Nice-to-Haves:
- Past experience in a UAE fabrication workshop
