About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Build Something That Lasts — Right in the Heart of Dubai

There's a certain kind of satisfaction that comes from driving past a building you helped raise from the ground up. If you know that feeling, keep reading. We're a growing construction outfit based in Al Karama, Dubai, and we're putting together a crew of skilled hands — Site Supervisors, Plumbers, Scaffolders, Carpenters, and Masons — who take pride in work that speaks for itself. With projects moving fast across the emirate, we need people who can start soon and hit the ground running. If you're already in the UAE and ready for your next site, this could be the one.

Who We Are

We're not one of those faceless contracting giants where you're just a number on a timesheet. We're a tight-knit team that's grown steadily by doing right by our clients and, just as importantly, by our people. Our sites run on respect — for the craft, for safety, and for each other. You'll know your supervisor by name, your work will get noticed, and your effort won't disappear into the void.

Most of our crew have been with us for years, which tells you something. We believe good work deserves fair pay, a safe site, and a team that has your back when a job gets tough.

What You'll Be Doing

The day-to-day depends on your trade, but here's the general shape of it:

  • Site Supervisors: Keep crews coordinated, schedules on track, and quality up to standard — you're the glue between the office and the ground
  • Plumbers: Install, fit, and maintain pipework and fixtures across residential and commercial builds, reading plans and solving problems as they pop up
  • Scaffolders: Erect, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding safely and to spec — no shortcuts, no guesswork
  • Carpenters: Handle formwork, framing, fittings, and finishing with an eye for precision
  • Masons: Lay block, brick, and stone, mix and apply mortar, and bring structural and decorative work to life
  • Work alongside a mixed crew of trades, so a bit of coordination and good communication goes a long way
  • Keep your workspace safe, tidy, and compliant with UAE site regulations

What You'll Bring

Must-haves:

  • You're currently inside the UAE — this is non-negotiable, as we need people who can join quickly
  • Hands-on experience in your trade, ideally on active construction sites
  • A solid understanding of safety practices and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Willingness to work full-time on-site in Dubai
  • Any nationality is welcome — we care about skill and attitude, not passports

Nice-to-haves:

  • Valid trade certifications or relevant training
  • Experience with UAE-based projects and local building standards
  • A valid UAE driving licence (a bonus, not a dealbreaker)

Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you. Skill can be taught in some cases — reliability and a good work ethic can't.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Salary between AED 2,000 and AED 4,500, depending on your role and experience
  • Free visa, accommodation, and medical insurance — the essentials, handled
  • Steady work with a company that's actively growing, not winding down
  • A crew culture where your contribution actually matters
  • Immediate joining preferred — if you're ready now, so are we

Look, construction isn't glamorous work — but it's honest, essential, and it builds the city we all live in. If you want a stable role with a team that respects what you do, we'd genuinely like to hear from you.

Drop your CV to apply — we're reviewing applications on a rolling basis and moving fast.

Common Interview Questions and Tips

To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.

  • Walk me through a recent project where you had to coordinate with other trades on-site to keep things moving. How did you handle it when schedules clashed?
  • For our plumbers: can you describe a time you had to read and work from building plans where something didn't quite add up on-site? What did you do?
  • Scaffolders — talk me through your process for inspecting a scaffold before you hand it over for use. What are the non-negotiables you check every single time?
  • What's your experience working on UAE-based projects, and how familiar are you with local building standards and site regulations?
  • Carpenters and masons: tell me about a job where precision really mattered — formwork, finishing, blockwork, whatever it was. How did you make sure it came out right?
  • Safety is a big deal on our sites. Can you give me an example of a time you spotted a hazard and spoke up about it, even if it wasn't your responsibility?
  • Describe a situation where you and a coworker disagreed about how to do something. How did you resolve it?
  • We move fast and projects shift. How do you handle it when you're given a task with tight deadlines and limited information?
  • What's kept you in your trade this long? I'm curious what you actually enjoy about the work.
  • You'll be working alongside a mixed crew from all sorts of backgrounds. How do you make sure communication stays clear when everyone's under pressure?
  • Tell me about a supervisor or foreman you respected. What did they do that made you want to work harder for them?
  • If you joined us next week, what would you want to know about the site or the team on day one to hit the ground running?
  • Have you ever had to redo work because something wasn't up to standard? What did you learn from it?

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

This salary range reflects typical compensation for skilled trades and site roles in Dubai's construction sector, where pay is commonly structured around experience level and specific trade. The package is strengthened by included visa, accommodation, and medical insurance, which represent significant additional value beyond the base figure. For candidates already in the UAE seeking steady on-site work with a growing company, this offer aligns well with current market norms for hands-on construction positions.
