About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Build Something That Lasts — With a Team That Has Your Back
Ever looked at a skyline and thought, I helped put that there? Dubai doesn't build small, and neither do we. Kia Building Contracting is looking for hardworking men and women to join our construction and contracting crews on active projects across the emirate — the kind of work where you can actually see what you accomplished at the end of the day. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of a company that treats its people like people, keep reading.
Who We Are
Kia Building Contracting is a Dubai-based contracting firm headquartered in Business Bay, one of the fastest-moving corners of the city. We take on construction and contracting projects of all sizes, and we've grown steadily by doing one simple thing well: showing up, doing quality work, and taking care of the crew that makes it happen.
Walk onto one of our sites and you'll notice it pretty quickly — people here know each other's names, supervisors pitch in when deadlines get tight, and nobody gets left to figure things out alone. That's not a slogan. It's just how we operate.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working hands-on across a range of construction and contracting tasks — from site preparation and material handling to assisting skilled trades on active builds
- Following the direction of site supervisors and foremen to keep projects moving safely and on schedule
- Loading, unloading, and organizing building materials so the right tools and supplies are where they're needed
- Keeping work areas clean, safe, and free of hazards — because a tidy site is a safe site
- Coordinating with teammates to hit daily targets, even when the Dubai sun has opinions about it
- Reporting any equipment issues, safety concerns, or delays to your supervisor right away
What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Physically fit and able to handle demanding outdoor work in Dubai's climate
- A reliable, punctual attitude — the crew counts on you, and you can count on them
- Willingness to follow safety rules and site instructions without cutting corners
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly with supervisors and coworkers
- Valid residency or eligibility for company-sponsored residency
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience on construction or contracting sites
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and site equipment
- Any trade skills — masonry, carpentry, steel fixing, or similar — are a real plus
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you. Attitude and reliability matter more to us than a perfect résumé.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Monthly salary of AED 1,100, paid on time, every time
- Free housing provided by the company — one less thing to worry about
- Transportation to and from the work site, so your commute is handled
- Residency sponsorship — we take care of the paperwork so you can focus on the job
- Comprehensive health insurance for peace of mind
- Steady project pipeline — we're growing, which means consistent work for our crews
- A team that respects your effort — supervisors who listen and coworkers who have your back
Look, we're not going to pretend this is easy work — it's construction, and construction is tough. But it's honest, steady work with your housing, transport, visa, and health coverage all sorted, so you can build a stable life here in Dubai while building the city itself. If that sounds like a fair deal to you, we'd genuinely like to meet you.
Common Interview Questions and Tips

- We're a crew that knows each other by name and looks out for one another. What kind of teammate are you to work alongside?
