What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting in a variety of construction tasks tailored to your trade—whether it’s plumbing, masonry, carpentry, or electrical work
  • Following detailed instructions from supervisors to ensure safety and high standards on every job site
  • Collaborating with team members to meet tight deadlines and deliver quality results
  • Operating tools and machinery specific to your role—always with safety top of mind
  • Helping with site setup, material handling, and cleanup to keep operations running smoothly
  • Supporting skilled tradespeople as a helper, learning new techniques and building your expertise
  • Taking on overtime shifts as needed—your effort will be recognized and rewarded

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Relevant experience in your trade (laborer, plumber, mason, carpenter, steel fixer, electrician, welder, fabricator, or helper)
  • Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when required
  • A strong work ethic, reliability, and a good attitude toward teamwork
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols on construction sites

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working on large-scale projects in Dubai or the GCC region
  • Familiarity with construction site documentation or reporting
  • Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, or any commonly spoken language on site
