About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wanted to be part of a crew that actually builds the city—literally? Here’s your chance. We’re hiring for a mixed team of General Laborers, Plumbers, Masons, Carpenters, Steel Fixers, Electricians, Welders, Fabricators, and Helpers for a high-impact project in Jebel Ali, Dubai. If you’re looking for steady work, real teamwork, and a regular paycheck (with overtime opportunities, too), this might be the right next step. And yes, the need is urgent—you could be on site and contributing faster than you think.

About the Company

Our team is behind some of the most talked-about builds in Dubai’s industrial zones. We don’t just clock in and out—there’s a sense of pride here in the quality we deliver. You’ll find colleagues from all over the globe, and that international spirit comes out in our lunchroom laughter, friendly rivalry on breaktime games, and the way we all chip in when deadlines get tight. Our supervisors are known for balancing high standards with real respect for their crews. Friday evenings? Those are for well-earned stories and a little celebration about what we’ve completed together.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Bringing your specialized skills—whether that’s carpentry, masonry, plumbing, steel fixing, or electrical work—into a fast-paced, safety-first environment
  • Assisting with general site duties: unloading materials, setting up tools, maintaining order (and your own organization) on site
  • Collaborating with a diverse team, communicating clearly with supervisors and fellow workers to keep projects on track and out of the red
  • Supporting your team: pitching in when someone needs an extra pair of hands, offering problem-solving ideas, and keeping jobsite morale up
  • Following safety guidelines and using protective equipment without shortcuts
  • Picking up overtime when extra hours are needed—the chance for extra pay is always there for those who volunteer

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in your particular trade (labor, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry, steel fixing, welding, or fabrication) is a real plus
  • A current UAE residency (we can only consider applicants already inside the UAE, no exceptions)
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and occasional overtime
  • Basic communication skills (English or Hindi/Urdu/Tagalog—anything helps in a multicultural team)
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt when the job throws new challenges your way
  • Physical fitness appropriate for a hands-on, active role under the Dubai sun
  • Commitment to safety in everything you do

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salaries ranging from AED2000–3800 (depending on your role and experience)
  • Overtime pay for extra hours, paid on time—no chasing supervisors for your dues
  • Free accommodation provided by the company, making life outside of work easier and more affordable
  • A team-first culture where support is the norm and wins are celebrated
  • Exposure to large-scale, landmark projects that look great on any CV
  • Job security with ongoing work (this project is part of a long-term pipeline)
  • Inclusive hiring—our crew welcomes all nationalities

You’ll feel it from your first day: respect, room to grow, and a sense of camaraderie that makes even tough days rewarding. We’re building more than structures—we’re building futures together.
