What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with a smile and handling their parking payments efficiently
- Issuing receipts and keeping accurate, up-to-date records of cash transactions
- Coordinating closely with valet drivers to make sure vehicles are retrieved quickly and safely
- Answering guest questions about parking or the mall—you’re the go-to helper at the desk
- Spotting and reporting any issues (think lost tickets or payment discrepancies) before they escalate
- Maintaining a tidy, organized cashier station, ready for the next rush
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior cashiering, customer service, or front-desk experience (even better if it’s in hospitality/retail)
- Comfortable handling cash and card payments—accuracy is your thing
- Friendly communication skills, spoken and written, in English
- Reliability—showing up on time and ready to help is just who you are
- Dubai residency, with eligibility to work
