What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests warmly and creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step in
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders, offering helpful menu suggestions, and answering questions with confidence
- Coordinating smoothly with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure timely and accurate service for every table
- Paying close attention to guest needs—whether it’s a menu tweak or an extra napkin—before they even have to ask
- Managing billing and payment processes with precision and professionalism
- Handling guest feedback or complaints with a calm, solutions-focused attitude
- Maintaining a neat, polished appearance and upholding restaurant cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Good communication skills, with fluency in English
- A positive, professional attitude and polished appearance
- Natural talent for customer service; you genuinely enjoy helping people
