What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with genuine warmth and an infectious smile, setting the tone for an unforgettable night
- Taking drink and food orders with speed and accuracy, even when the dance floor is packed
- Delivering orders to tables promptly, making sure every cocktail and canapé looks perfect
- Anticipating guest needs — if you spot a table running low on water or napkins, you’ve already solved it
- Maintaining a polished, professional appearance throughout your shift
- Collaborating seamlessly with bartenders, hosts, and support staff to keep the energy (and the service) flowing
- Mastering the menu and sharing recommendations that keep guests coming back for more
- Handling guest requests or complaints with poise, patience, and a can-do attitude
- Ensuring your section is spotless—nobody notices, but you know it makes a difference
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience as a Waitress or in a guest-facing hospitality role, preferably in a nightclub or upscale venue
- Confident, energetic personality and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay positive, friendly, and focused under pressure (especially during peak hours)
- Immaculate grooming and presentation (our brand is all about elegance)
- Working understanding of safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Nice-to-Haves:
- Knowledge of mourjan-style hospitality or luxury nightlife
- Experience with POS systems and fast-paced table service
