About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever considered what goes into keeping a warehouse running like clockwork in a place as busy as Jebel Ali? Whether you’re happiest behind the scenes, helping move goods, or rolling up your sleeves to keep daily operations ticking, this opportunity might just be your next good move. We’re hiring for multiple hands-on roles — Warehouse Assistant, Receiving Clerk, Packing Helper, Trolley Boy, and Warehouse Helper — all urgently needed to help us manage a dynamic and growing logistics operation in Dubai’s heart. If you’re in the UAE and ready for your next adventure, keep reading.

About the Company

Think of us as the quiet engine behind Dubai’s booming trade sector. As a respected recruitment partner for some of the region’s leading warehouses, we pride ourselves not only on smooth workflows but also on fostering a supportive, multicultural environment. New joiners often say they feel like part of a team — the kind where a little friendly competition over who packs the neatest box or moves the quickest trolley isn’t uncommon. We believe in fair opportunity, straightforward communication, and celebrating small wins — whether it’s a productivity record or a shared meal after a busy shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role and experience, your days here will be hands-on and never boring. Here’s a snapshot of what you might get up to:

  • Receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming shipments with accuracy and care
  • Assisting with packing and repacking items, ensuring goods are secured and labeled neatly
  • Keeping the warehouse floor organized, safe, and free from hazards (we like a tidy workspace)
  • Moving stock and completed orders using trolleys and manual handling — teamwork is key here!
  • Supporting inventory counts and helping update records as needed
  • Pitching in wherever the pressure hits — whether it’s a delivery rush or an end-of-week stock tally
  • Working closely with supervisors and fellow helpers to keep everything flowing smoothly

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for people who are reliable, energetic, and genuinely ready to work. Here’s what helps you succeed:

Must-Haves

  • Currently residing inside the UAE (as per company requirements)
  • Physically fit, able to stand for long hours and lift boxes as needed
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends if business demands)
  • Team player attitude—helping each other is the norm here
  • Basic spoken English or Hindi/Urdu is helpful for daily instructions

Nice-to-Haves

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety practices
  • Experience in packing, sorting, or inventory work

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Company-provided visa, accommodation, and daily transport — less stress, more focus on your work
  • Competitive salary (AED1800 to AED3000) that rewards motivated team members
  • Inclusive team spirit — we embrace all nationalities and backgrounds
  • Opportunities for overtime and extra shifts
  • Get hands-on experience in one of Dubai’s busiest warehouse districts
  • Learn from colleagues who genuinely want to help you succeed
  • Supportive supervisors who care more about your effort than your background

If you’ve been looking for a stable role with decent benefits and a straightforward application process, this might just be it. We know warehouse life isn’t glamorous, but it is rewarding — especially when you’re valued for what you bring every shift.
