What You’ll Be Doing
For Welders:
- Tackle structural and precision welding jobs on various project sites — everything from steel frames to custom fixtures
- Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings or blueprints without missing a beat
- Inspect finished welds for strength and quality, making sure every joint meets our standards and yours
- Safeguard your team by following (and championing) strict safety protocols
For Scaffolders:
- Assemble, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures for both large and mid-scale construction projects
- Perform checks to guarantee stability and security before anyone sets foot on your handiwork
- Coordinate with site supervisors and teammates to adapt plans as the job evolves
- Keep your work area organized and tools in check — our pace is fast, but precision matters
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, hands-on experience in welding or scaffolding, particularly on commercial sites
- Ability to understand and work from technical drawings (essential for Welders)
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols — you take it as seriously as we do
- Physical readiness for demanding environments and long shifts outdoors
- Previous experience working in the GCC region
Nice-to-Haves:
- Certifications in welding or scaffolding safety
- Experience with a diverse range of construction materials or structures
- Conversational English or Arabic to make teamwork smoother
