About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you searching for hands-on experience at the heart of the building industry? As a Construction Helper on our team, you’ll do more than just support skilled trades—you’ll be right in the thick of the action, learning every day and making a visible impact. From buzzing demolition mornings to the satisfying moments when a job site is spotless and safe, each day brings something new. If you enjoy the satisfaction of a hard day’s work and take pride in getting the details right, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for—especially if you already have a couple of years’ experience in the fast-paced UAE market.
About the Company
Here, we’re more than just a building crew—we’re a tight-knit group that believes every sturdy wall or gleaming finish has a hardworking story behind it. Our team is multicultural, motivated, and always ready to lend a hand (or share a laugh during lunch breaks). While we’ve handled everything from major site renovations to intricate finishing touches, our mission stays the same: deliver reliable, quality results on every project with integrity and teamwork front and center. Fridays might see a special snack or two, and everyone’s ideas are welcome—whether you’re a seasoned electrician or the go-to site cleaner.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Team up with skilled trades for demolition works, ensuring safety and speed go hand in hand
- Seal off wall openings and patch up block gaps—details matter, and you make things solid
- Erect scaffolding with an eye for safety; dismantle it when the crew's ready to move on
- Apply bitumen using spray tools, protecting exposed structures from the elements
- Keep the site organized—sweeping, hauling debris, and ensuring everything’s ready for smooth progress
- Lend practical support to electricians and plumbers—sometimes it’s fetching materials, sometimes it’s a second pair of hands during critical installs
- Tackle whatever the day brings with a solution-oriented mindset
