What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating daily office activities and supporting the team to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
- Managing documentation, filing, and correspondence with a keen eye for detail.
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, schedules, and presentations.
- Greeting visitors and handling phone calls with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.
- Assisting with scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and organizing events.
- Supporting ongoing projects and jumping in wherever an extra pair of hands is needed (no two days are exactly the same!).
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree holder or current university student (we welcome fresh energy and new perspectives!)
- Strong English communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- A high level of commitment, reliability, and professionalism — you show up and give your best, every time
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous office or coordination experience (even internships count)
