About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever thought about being the welcoming face of a dynamic business at the crossroads of sports and construction? We’re looking for a professional Front Office/Receptionist in Ajman’s Al Jerf Industrial Area — someone who enjoys creating a great first impression and keeping things running smoothly. If you thrive in a lively environment where every day brings a new visitor or challenge, this could be your next perfect fit.
About the Company
We’re a growing company on the move, blending the fast-paced world of sports with the precision of construction. Our team is a mix of go-getters, problem-solvers, and friendly faces who know how to balance hard work with a little fun — you’ll hear laughter in the breakroom and see team photos on our walls. Fridays sometimes mean group lunches, and everyone’s ideas are welcome, whether you’ve been here a week or a decade.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors and clients with a genuine smile, making everyone feel welcome from the moment they walk in
- Answering phone calls and managing emails, directing inquiries to the right team members without missing a beat
- Keeping the front desk tidy and organized — think of it as your personal command center
- Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as sorting mail and preparing meeting rooms
- Occasionally helping with scheduling or coordinating internal meetings
- Being the go-to person for general office queries and minor troubleshooting
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role
- Friendly, professional communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail (you notice when the pens are out of place)
- Comfort with basic computer tasks — email, calendar, and office software
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in the sports or construction sector
- Familiarity with office management systems
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary and regular performance reviews
- Supportive team environment — you’ll never feel like just a number
- Opportunities to learn about two fast-growing industries
- Modern office space in Al Jerf Industrial Area, with easy access and parking
- Occasional team lunches, birthday celebrations, and a culture that values your input
We believe in building careers, not just filling seats. If you’re looking for a place where your organizational skills and sunny attitude make a real difference, you’ll feel right at home here.
