What You’ll Be Doing
- Hosting live audio and video broadcasts on our social media platform—think friendly chats, Q&As, or sharing your interests.
- Engaging with online audiences in real-time, building your own small community.
- Creating a positive, welcoming environment for viewers and listeners.
- Experimenting with different styles of content (don’t worry, we’ll help you brainstorm!).
- Collaborating with colleagues on content ideas and sharing tips for audience engagement.
- Learning the basics of our broadcasting tools (we provide all training).
- Providing feedback to help us keep improving the user experience.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Female, age 18+ (as per platform requirements).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work from home.
- Friendly, approachable personality—you enjoy talking and connecting with people.
- Comfort with being on camera and/or using your voice in live sessions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and try new things.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with social media platforms (even as a user).
- Interest in trending topics, music, lifestyle, or entertainment.
- Basic knowledge of live streaming or content creation—but it’s absolutely not required!
