We’re a well-established contracting company based in the heart of Sharjah, working on some of the city’s most exciting villa, residential, and commercial projects. Our crew is a mix of experienced tradespeople from different backgrounds—on Fridays, you’ll usually find someone sharing homemade snacks or stories from impressive past projects. What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing surfaces for painting—think cleaning, sanding, and proper wall putty application
- Applying primer, putty, and multiple coats for a flawless finish (no shortcuts here)
- Painting both interiors and exteriors of villas and larger buildings
- Handling touch-ups, repairs, and finishing work as required by each project
- Collaborating closely with foremen and other trades to deliver on time and to standard
- Safely using painting tools and maintaining them in good condition
- Bringing practical suggestions—sometimes the best idea comes from the experience on the ground
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid experience with villa, building, and detailed finishing painting work
- Confident with wall preparation, putty, primer, and final coat techniques
- Currently based in the UAE and ready for immediate start
- Eligibility for a company visa (we’ll guide you through the process)
- Indian, Nepalese, Syrian, or Jordanian nationality preferred (for team balance and language skills)
- A careful, responsible approach to safety and quality standards
Nice-to-Haves:
- Some spoken English or Arabic—it helps things run smoother
- Experience working on high-end villas or luxury finishes
- Eagerness to learn new techniques or take on site leadership in the future
