What You’ll Be Doing

  • Welcoming clients into our boutique and building friendly, trust-based relationships
  • Listening to each customer’s needs and helping them select flattering styles and fabrics
  • Taking precise body measurements (yes, accuracy really does matter here)
  • Explaining fabric choices, garment care, and style combinations, even to first-time shoppers
  • Managing special requests and alterations with organized follow-through
  • Helping keep our boutique looking fresh, presentable, and inviting
  • Providing after-sales support, whether that’s a quick follow-up or arranging exchanges

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in women’s fashion retail, boutiques, or tailoring services
  • Confident and personable customer service skills (the friendly kind, not just polite)
  • Skill in taking accurate measurements—attention to detail is your trademark
  • Working knowledge of different garment styles, fabrics, and what flatters different body types
  • Valid residency visa

Nice-to-Haves

  • Basic sewing or alteration skills (even if just minor adjustments)
