What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients into our boutique and building friendly, trust-based relationships
- Listening to each customer’s needs and helping them select flattering styles and fabrics
- Taking precise body measurements (yes, accuracy really does matter here)
- Explaining fabric choices, garment care, and style combinations, even to first-time shoppers
- Managing special requests and alterations with organized follow-through
- Helping keep our boutique looking fresh, presentable, and inviting
- Providing after-sales support, whether that’s a quick follow-up or arranging exchanges
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Previous experience in women’s fashion retail, boutiques, or tailoring services
- Confident and personable customer service skills (the friendly kind, not just polite)
- Skill in taking accurate measurements—attention to detail is your trademark
- Working knowledge of different garment styles, fabrics, and what flatters different body types
- Valid residency visa
