About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ever wonder what it’s like to be the friendly voice that turns a frustrating delivery mix-up into a five-star experience? That’s exactly the kind of magic we’re looking to create. We’re on the hunt for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Al Alia, Ajman, and you’ll be the bridge between our service and the people who rely on it daily. If you thrive on solving problems, have a knack for calming a stressed caller, and take pride in getting things right, this might just be your next great move.
About the Company
We’re not a faceless corporation — we’re a tight-knit delivery service that’s grown steadily by treating every order like it matters. Our team in Ajman is small enough that your voice actually carries weight, but busy enough that no two days look the same. There’s a real sense of camaraderie here; we celebrate wins together, whether that’s a perfect on-time delivery week or just making it through a hectic rush hour without losing our cool. You won’t be just another employee number — you’ll be the person we trust to keep our customers smiling.
What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Handle inbound calls with patience and clarity, helping customers track orders, resolve delivery hiccups, or simply answer questions about our service area.
- Coordinate with our dispatch team in real-time to get accurate updates — because nothing builds trust like a straight answer.
- Log every interaction neatly into our system, so no detail slips through the cracks (future-you will thank present-you for this).
- De-escalate tricky situations with a calm tone and a problem-solving mindset — you’re the voice that turns “I’m upset” into “thanks, that helped.”
- Follow up on pending issues to make sure resolutions actually stick, not just close a ticket.
- Occasionally, you’ll help with WhatsApp or chat inquiries too — we’re omnichannel, after all.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- Female candidate, based in or able to commute to Ajman’s Al Alia area.
- Fluent Arabic — speaking, reading, and writing — no exceptions here, since most of our callers prefer Arabic.
- Solid English communication skills for internal coordination and the occasional English-speaking customer.
- A patient, empathetic ear and the ability to stay composed when things get busy.
- Basic computer literacy — you’ll be juggling a few tabs and a headset, nothing scary.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or delivery logistics.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or call management software.
- A knack for thinking on your feet — because sometimes the answer isn’t in the script.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you. If you’ve got the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll meet you halfway.
Why You’ll Love Working Here (Benefits & Perks)
- A supportive, friendly team that actually has your back — no toxic “it’s not my job” energy here.
- Stable working hours in a central Ajman location, easy to reach from most parts of the city.
- Room to grow — as we expand, we promote from within, and your effort won’t go unnoticed.
- Hands-on training to get you up to speed, even if you’re new to the industry.
- The quiet satisfaction of knowing you’re the reason someone’s day got a little easier — honestly, that counts for a lot.
At the end of the day, this is a role where your words have real impact. You’ll leave work knowing you solved problems, helped people, and kept things moving. If that sounds like your kind of day, we’d love to meet you.
Common Interview Questions and Tips
To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.
- Walk me through how you’d handle a call from a customer who’s furious because their delivery arrived late and they’re threatening to never use us again. What’s your approach, step by step?
- Imagine a customer calls asking for a delivery update, but our dispatch system is down and you genuinely don’t have real-time info. How do you keep the caller calm and confident without making promises you can’t keep?
- Can you describe a time when you had to juggle multiple customer inquiries at once — maybe a ringing phone, a pending WhatsApp message, and a chat request all at the same time? How did you prioritize?
- Since most of our callers prefer Arabic, how comfortable are you switching between Arabic and English mid-conversation? Give me an example of a situation where that kind of quick language shift was necessary.
- We log every interaction carefully so nothing slips through the cracks. What’s your system for making sure you capture the important details while still keeping the conversation natural and not sounding like you’re just typing the whole time?
- Tell me about a time you followed up on a customer issue that was technically “closed” but you felt wasn’t truly resolved. What did you do?
- If a customer asks about a delivery area you’re not sure we cover, and dispatch is too swamped to answer right away, what would you say in the moment to keep things moving without giving wrong information?
- We’re a small team in Ajman, and sometimes everyone pitches in beyond their exact job description. Can you share an experience where you stepped outside your defined role to help a colleague or customer?
- How do you personally recharge or reset after a string of difficult, high-stress calls? What keeps you from bringing that frustration into the next conversation?
- We pride ourselves on turning “I’m upset” into “thanks, that helped.” Can you recall a specific moment where you managed to flip a negative
