- Maintain a tidy, welcoming front desk area that’s as organized as you are.
- Assist in preparing and sorting documents for typing and submission to government offices.
- Work closely with a team that values collaboration—stepping in to help whenever needed.
- Handle scheduling, appointment bookings, and client follow-ups to keep the workflow smooth and efficient.
- Support our typing and admin teams with basic office tasks and day-to-day needs.
What You’ll Bring

- Fluency in English and Filipino; clear communication is a must.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role—extra points for experience in typing centers or offices.
- Dependable organizational skills and attention to detail (you notice the little things).
- Ability to multitask gracefully—juggling phones, paperwork, and questions without dropping your smile.
- Comfort with basic computer and office applications (think: typing, data entry, and booking appointments).
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with UAE government paperwork processes or typing center operations.
- Additional language skills (Arabic, perhaps?).
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
