About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Coordinator – Keep the Wheels Turning in Ajman
Some jobs are about big ideas. This one is about making sure the ideas actually happen. We're looking for two Coordinators to join our team in Ajman, right near City Centre Ajman — and if you're the kind of person who feels a quiet sense of satisfaction when everything is filed, followed up, and finished on time, you'll fit right in. This is a hands-on role where your organization and communication skills keep customers happy and the team moving smoothly, day after day.
About the Company
We're a close-knit team that believes good work starts with good people. Our office runs on clear communication, mutual respect, and the shared understanding that no task is too small if it helps the customer. We're growing, which means the right person won't just be filling a seat — they'll be shaping how we work as we scale.
Walk into our office on any given morning and you'll hear phones ringing, keyboards clicking, and the occasional debate about whose turn it is to make tea. It's that kind of place.
What You'll Be Doing
- Follow up on customer inquiries and orders — making sure nothing slips through the cracks and customers always know where things stand.
- Organize daily tasks and priorities so the team starts each day with a clear plan, not a scramble.
- Manage emails and files — keeping inboxes under control and documents easy to find when they're needed.
- Handle data entry with accuracy and care, because the details matter more than most people realize.
- Coordinate with team members across departments to keep projects and orders on track.
- Step in and help wherever the day takes you — some days that means chasing a delivery, other days it means untangling a scheduling mix-up.
What You'll Bring
Must-haves:
- Good English communication skills — written and spoken — since you'll be talking with customers and teammates throughout the day.
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email.
- A genuinely organized approach to work. You don't need to be obsessive, but you do need to know where things are and what's next.
- The ability to stay calm and focused when several things need your attention at once.
Nice-to-haves:
- Previous experience in a coordinator, admin, or customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with Ajman or the surrounding area — helpful, but not essential.
Not sure you tick every box? We'd still love to hear from you. Attitude and reliability often matter more than a perfect résumé.
Why You'll Love Working Here
- Salary of AED 3,500 per month, paid on time, every time.
- A central Ajman location near City Centre Ajman — easy to reach by car or public transport.
- A supportive team that actually helps each other out instead of guarding their own turf.
- Real variety in your day — no two mornings look exactly the same.
- Room to grow as our operations expand, for people who show they're ready for more.
We're not promising a corner office or a ping-pong table. What we are offering is steady work, fair pay, and colleagues who'll have your back. If that sounds like your kind of place, we'd be glad to meet you.
Common Interview Questions and Tips
To help you prepare and feel confident, here are some questions you might encounter during the interview process for this role.
- Walk me through how you keep track of multiple customer inquiries and orders at once. What system or tools do you rely on to make sure nothing falls through the cracks?
- Imagine you're juggling a customer follow-up, an urgent email from a teammate, and a data entry task that's due by end of day. How do you decide what gets your attention first?
- What's your comfort level with Excel? Can you give me an example of a time you used it to organize or track information?
- A customer calls asking about the status of their order, but you don't have the answer on hand. What do you do in that moment, and what do you do afterward?

- How do you keep your inbox and files organized so that you — or someone covering for you — can find what's needed quickly?

- Have you ever had to deliver news to a customer or colleague that they didn't want to hear? How did you approach it?
- What does a well-organized workday look like to you? Walk me through how you'd set up your morning here.
- This role involves a lot of repetition — following up, entering data, filing. What keeps you motivated when the work gets routine?
- We're a small team that pitches in wherever needed. Can you share an example of a time you stepped outside your job description to help out?
