What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering incoming calls with clarity and courtesy, making sure every patient feels heard from “hello” onward
- Handling appointment bookings and rescheduling, keeping our calendar running smooth and patients happy
- Assisting walk-in patients and visitors at the reception desk (smiles encouraged!)
- Responding promptly to patient inquiries, whether about treatments, schedules, or services
