What You’ll Be Doing
For Accountants:
- Handling daily revenue reconciliation and preparing financial reports specific to food & beverage operations.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable with an eye for detail — accuracy is your mantra.
- Collaborating closely with restaurant management to ensure smooth payroll processing every month.
- Monitoring expenditures and helping keep budgets on track, especially during peak seasons.
- Assisting in regular audits and maintaining impeccably organized records.
For Cashiers:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring swift, friendly payment processes — you’re the friendly face at the end of their meal.
- Handling daily cash, card, and digital transactions, balancing tills, and minimizing discrepancies.
- Coordinating with kitchen and service teams to resolve billing issues on the fly.
- Maintaining clean and well-organized cashier stations, ready for the unexpected (it’s hospitality, after all).
- Occasionally supporting with quick inventory spot-checks or daily closing routines.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior related experience: hotel/restaurant accounting or cashiering, depending on the position.
- You currently reside in the United Arab Emirates (all nationalities welcome!).
- Good written and spoken English — extra language skills are a plus in our diverse crowd!
- Honest, reliable, and able to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable with shifts that match the rhythm of restaurant life (evenings, weekends, etc.).
