What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming guests and visitors with genuine warmth, whether at reception or during product demonstrations
- Handling check-ins and check-outs smoothly (a friendly face goes a long way after a long journey!)
- Promoting our services and products with confidence—you’re the go-to expert
- Keeping the lobby or product area tidy, inviting, and always guest-ready
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with clarity and professionalism
- Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks (think: scheduling, paperwork, emails)
- Taking feedback from guests and sharing it to help us improve
- Occasionally assisting with event setups or special hotel promotions
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Confident, friendly English-speaking skills (being able to hold a conversation with anyone is a plus)
- Presentable and professional appearance—you’re often the first impression
- Own visa status (this is required)
- Experience working in the hotel or hospitality sector
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience as a receptionist, promoter, or in a customer-facing role
