This isn’t just about phone calls and emails — it’s about making daily interactions smoother for people who count on friendly, attentive support. With Dubai’s business scene getting livelier, personal service is more important than ever. If you’re ready to bring patience, warmth, and professionalism to the table, keep reading.
About the Company
We're a well-connected recruitment partner right at the heart of Deira — that classic Dubai mix of old-school markets and shiny new stores. Our team thrives on helping people find jobs that really fit, and we know that great customer service is what keeps clients coming back. You’ll be joining a supportive crew where questions are encouraged, afternoon tea breaks are sacred, and a “let’s solve it together” attitude is second nature. We work closely with a range of businesses, so no two days feel exactly alike.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer inquiries promptly and positively, whether it’s by phone, email, or in-person.
- Providing daily support to clients for all types of service requests — sometimes it’s helping someone find the right document, other times it’s tracking down a delivery.
- Recording detailed notes of interactions, so we always know who needs what (and when they need it).
- Reporting recurring issues to your team lead so we can keep getting better as a team.
- Helping with the organization of paperwork, visa applications, and scheduling, especially when things get busy.
- Pitching in on special projects, from process improvements to new services, when there’s time (and you’re interested!).
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills in English (extra points if you can handle basic Arabic!).
- A friendly, patient, and professional manner — especially when customers are stressed or confused.
- Basic comfort with computers and common office software.
- Willingness to learn, jump in, and ask for help when needed.
- A natural problem-solver who stays calm when plans change.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, or similar is great).
- Familiarity with basic administrative work.
- Already based in Dubai or familiar with the city – makes settling in easier!
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 3,500 – 4,500 per month, depending on experience.
- Full UAE visa sponsorship and medical insurance.
- Paid leave as per UAE Labor Law, because time to recharge matters.
- Supportive, tight-knit team who enjoys sharing lunch and occasional laughs.
- Growth potential — those who lean in and take initiative tend to move up fast around here.
- Modern office in busy Deira, with easy access to shops, transport, and the city’s best snacks.
- Regular feedback, training opportunities, and leadership that genuinely listens.
We know every day brings a new challenge — but here, you’ll never have to face it alone. If bringing a little kindness and clarity to someone’s day feels rewarding, this could be your next home.
