What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting patients and visitors with a genuine smile—making that all-important first impression
- Answering phones and responding to basic inquiries—sometimes in English, sometimes in Arabic
- Helping patients check in and guiding them through our appointment process
- Keeping waiting areas tidy, welcoming, and organized (yes, you can rearrange the magazines)
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and deliveries
- Supporting the admin team with simple office tasks as needed—your help is valued here
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently living in the UAE (required for sponsorship and immediate start)
- A positive, patient-focused attitude—politeness truly goes a long way
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus but not essential)
