What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism—the first face of our company, right at the front desk
- Answering incoming phone calls (in both Chinese and English), fielding inquiries, and directing queries to the right teammates
- Managing appointments, conference room schedules, and daily administrative tasks with careful attention to detail
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages—you’ll know when the coffee shipment arrives, guaranteed!
- Supporting office management with supply orders, equipment troubleshooting, and ad hoc projects
- Ensuring the lobby and meeting areas are tidy, stocked, and welcoming at all times
- Facilitating smooth interactions between clients, guests, and our internal staff
- Using essential office technology (like multifunction printers, conference call software, and visitor tracking tools) with confidence
- Occasionally assisting with translation or bilingual communications for documents, calls, or meetings
What You’ll Bring

- Fluency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-office administrative role
