What You’ll Be Doing
- Following up with clients and suppliers, ensuring everyone’s questions are answered in a timely, friendly way
- Preparing, reviewing, and organizing important documentation (think contracts, orders, and invoices — accuracy matters!)
- Assisting with the daily flow of administrative tasks, like scheduling meetings and tracking office supplies
- Pitching in to support colleagues from other departments — whether it’s HR, finance, or operations, no two days are quite the same
