What You’ll Be Doing
- Organizing and updating school records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Managing incoming calls and emails—you’ll often be the first voice families and visitors hear
- Assisting with daily documentation, whether it’s onboarding a new student or supporting a teacher’s request
- Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and parents to coordinate schedules and events
- Supporting the school’s daily operations, helping wherever needed so the day runs without a hitch
- Handling basic computer tasks—think data entry, spreadsheets, and email communication
- Ensuring the front office feels welcoming, tidy, and prepared for anyone who walks in
