About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes? As an Admin Assistant in our Deira, Dubai office, you’ll be at the heart of our daily operations, making sure the details click into place so our team can focus on what matters most. This is a great opportunity if you thrive on organization, enjoy variety in your workday, and want to join a company that truly values its support staff—right now, not six weeks from now.
About the Company
Our story is rooted in Dubai’s vibrant business scene, where adaptability and reliability are key. We’re a well-reputed company that’s grown steadily—not just in numbers, but in the way we support each other. Here, Friday chats over coffee happen as often as team brainstorming sessions. We believe in open communication, a supportive work environment, and celebrating small wins together. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, you’ll find a team that’s eager to welcome you and help you grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling daily office operations—think managing correspondence, filing, and data entry to keep things running like clockwork.
- Greeting visitors and answering phone calls with a friendly, professional manner (you might just be the first person people meet!).
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and making sure everyone’s where they need to be.
- Assisting with document preparation, from reports to presentations, ensuring everything looks polished and professional.
- Supporting the HR and finance teams with basic admin tasks—no two days are exactly alike.
- Keeping office supplies stocked and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Jumping in to help with special projects or events, because teamwork is a big part of our DNA.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong communication skills—clear, courteous, and confident (in both English and, if possible, Arabic).
- Solid computer skills: Word, Excel, and a knack for picking up new tools quickly.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the flexibility to adapt when things get busy.
- Keen attention to detail—you notice the little things that make a big difference.
- Previous admin or office support experience is a plus, but we’re open to fresh talent with the right mindset.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 2,800 – 3,500, based on your experience.
- Full benefits: Visa, medical insurance, and annual leave so you can recharge.
- Supportive environment: You’ll work with a team that values your efforts and helps you grow.
