What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting visitors and clients with a warm smile and professional courtesy—making that first impression count
- Managing the front desk: answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and keeping our reception area welcoming and tidy
- Handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars for the team
- Preparing and editing documents using Microsoft Word and Excel—think reports, letters, and spreadsheets that make us look good
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping and invoice tracking (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes)
- Maintaining organized records and filing systems—both digital and paper
- Supporting management with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed (variety is the spice of our office life)
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations—jumping in to help wherever you spot a need
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role (even better if it’s in Dubai)
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel—you’re comfortable with formatting, formulas, and the little tricks that save time
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Polite, professional demeanor and strong verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude—you see what needs to be done before anyone asks
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with additional office software or basic accounting tools
