About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for a role where your knack for organization really makes a difference? Our vocational training center in Al Satwa, Dubai, is on the lookout for a dedicated administrative professional—male or female—who’s eager to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy being the go-to person who keeps schedules on track and loves turning a jumble of paperwork into streamlined processes, you’ll find this opportunity both rewarding and essential to our daily success.

About the Company

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Al Satwa, our training center is more than just a place for learning—it’s a community. We serve a diverse group of trainees, each with their own goals and ambitions, and we pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming, supportive environment. Our team is small but mighty, and we genuinely believe every admin brings something unique to the table (and yes, sometimes that includes homemade treats for the break room). Collaboration is big here, and new ideas are always welcome.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating and maintaining daily and weekly schedules for trainees and instructors—think of yourself as the conductor keeping the orchestra in sync.
  • Preparing clear, concise reports for management and stakeholders, ensuring our progress is transparent and trackable.
  • Managing trainee files with accuracy and confidentiality, making sure every detail is right where it should be.
  • Acting as a communication bridge between trainees, instructors, and the wider team—fielding questions, sharing updates, and helping resolve small issues before they become big ones.
  • Handling general administrative tasks as needed, from document preparation to occasional event support.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint—you know your way around a spreadsheet).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • A friendly, approachable attitude and a willingness to help out wherever needed.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or educational environment.
  • Familiarity with student management systems or file-tracking software.
  • Additional language skills, especially Arabic.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary of AED 5,800.
  • Supportive, down-to-earth team with a real sense of camaraderie.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills in a respected educational setting.
  • Convenient Al Satwa location, easily accessible by public transport.
  • A workplace that values your input and celebrates small wins—because we know the little things matter.

At our center, you’re not just another cog in the machine—you’re a valued part of the team, helping people reach their full potential (and maybe picking up a few new skills yourself along the way).
