What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately entering and updating data into our internal systems—attention to detail is your superpower here.
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Supporting the team with scheduling, correspondence, and general office coordination.
- Assisting in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
- Responding to phone calls and emails, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive company and client information.
- Jumping in to help with special projects or urgent tasks—flexibility is key!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for organization.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
- Currently residing inside the UAE.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role.
