What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your role, you’ll take on a range of responsibilities that are central to our smooth operation:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service from open to close (Restaurant Manager)
  • Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver a standout guest experience
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of floor management and problem-solving (Assistant Manager)
  • Handle scheduling, conflict resolution, and shift coverage with a calm, can-do attitude
  • Take charge of administrative tasks: inventory management, supplier relations, and point-of-sale systems
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff welfare programs (HR Officer)
  • Monitor HR compliance, maintain accurate records, and ensure a positive workplace culture

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality admin role within the UAE

  • UAE residency status
