What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading daily operations to ensure an impeccable guest experience from the moment the doors open.
- Inspiring, training, and mentoring a diverse team — think of yourself as both a coach and a cheerleader.
- Monitoring dining room flow and stepping in where needed, whether that’s greeting VIPs or solving a last-minute challenge.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and service teams to maintain consistency and quality in every dish and interaction.
- Overseeing reservations, seating plans, and guest feedback to keep our service running smoothly.
- Managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and keeping a keen eye on cost control.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least one year of hands-on experience managing a restaurant (luxury or fine dining is a bonus).
- A proven knack for leading teams with empathy, energy, and clarity.
- Strong experience in the Food & Beverage industry — you know your way around service standards and kitchen dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both English and (ideally) Arabic.
- A genuine passion for Lebanese cuisine and culture.
- Lebanese nationality is preferred, as a deep cultural understanding is key to our guest experience.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience launching or opening new restaurant locations.
- Familiarity with restaurant management systems and POS technology.
