About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be the welcoming face of a five-star hotel, where every guest counts and no two days feel quite the same? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Admin Assistant & Receptionist/Front Desk to join our luxury property in the heart of Jumeira, Dubai. Whether you’re just starting your career or already have some hotel experience under your belt, if you thrive in lively environments and love connecting with people from all walks of life, this could be your ideal next step.

About the Company

Picture this: a team that feels more like a family, set against the backdrop of one of Dubai's most vibrant districts. At our five-star hotel, we pride ourselves on creating memorable experiences not only for our guests but for our staff as well. Growth is constant here — we celebrate promotions, milestones, and yes, the occasional themed staff dinner. From morning rushes to late-night check-ins, every moment is a new opportunity to shine.

While luxury service is at the heart of what we do, you’ll find that we value authenticity just as much as formality. Don’t be surprised if you hear laughter behind the desk or get swept into impromptu team celebrations after a successful event.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth, making each arrival and departure smooth and memorable
  • Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and direct guests in a professional yet approachable manner
  • Support daily office administration — from maintaining records to assisting with email correspondence and filing
  • Coordinate guest requests or room bookings, collaborating closely with housekeeping and security teams
  • Process check-ins, check-outs, and billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency every time
  • Keep the lobby and reception area tidy and welcoming, with an eagle eye for detail
  • Assist management with basic reporting and occasional special projects
  • Jump in wherever you’re needed — flexibility is part of the fun

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong sense of hospitality
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Presentable appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Organized, punctual, and able to handle busy shifts with poise
  • Currently residing within the UAE and ready for immediate joining

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or admin/receptionist role
  • Familiarity with hotel management software or reservation systems
  • Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.)

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary range of AED 2,500 – 4,000 per month, based on experience
  • Free visa sponsorship handled by us
  • Complimentary meals provided daily — you’ll never work on an empty stomach
  • Accommodation and staff transportation arranged for you, making city living stress-free
  • Diverse team — all nationalities welcome, with a real sense of inclusion and belonging
  • Opportunities to grow your hospitality career in a five-star environment
  • Regular staff events and recognition initiatives — we notice hard work

There’s something genuinely fulfilling about working in a place where your energy and effort directly impact someone’s stay. If you enjoy lively days, meeting new people, and being part of something bigger, you might feel right at home with us.
