What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming visitors and guiding them with a smile—first impressions matter!
- Answering phones, managing emails, and directing queries to the right colleague.
- Assisting with document preparation, data entry, and general filing to keep things running smoothly.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier requests.
- Keeping the office tidy—whether it’s restocking supplies or flagging maintenance needs.
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and supporting team members with basic admin tasks.
- Lending a hand with simple reports or spreadsheets when needed.

What You’ll Bring
